About Me

With over 14 years of experience in clinical research and statistical programming, I specialize in transforming complex healthcare data into regulatory-compliant deliverables. My career spans leadership roles at global CROs and specialized consultancy firms, where I have contributed to successful FDA and EMA submissions across multiple therapeutic areas.

Currently serving as Principal Statistical Programmer at Mainanalytics (Germany) since July 2025, I collaborate directly with clients to solve complex programming issues. My responsibilities include ADaM and SDTM programming, TLF development, and leading programming-related tasks for clinical trials.

Previously, I served as Technical Programming Lead at PHASTAR, where I drove operational excellence by developing custom solutions that enhanced quality and productivity across the organization. My expertise extends beyond traditional SAS programming to infrastructure design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and Data Science teams.

I am an active contributor to the clinical research community through peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and posters. Notably, I presented a poster on Git at the 2024 PhUSE conference, sharing insights on version control practices for clinical programming teams. My research focuses on innovative approaches to clinical data visualization, metadata-driven result presentation, and process automation that improves efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.
